Ø Students in your group need to be with you at all times—please do not let them out of your sight…it’s the SAFE thing to do!

Ø If any students in your group give you any difficulties,  please call me on my cell phone and I will come and find you. 864-444-9778

Ø Please follow the schedule for our fieldtrip (see below).  We need your help in getting everyone to the necessary places on time! You’re AWESOME

Ø Please have your group seated on the bus by 2:55pm for departure!

Ø Enjoy the trip, HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY and thank you for all your help.

Field Trip Schedule:

5:10am      As soon as you have all your students take them to the restrooms and put on their wristbands.  Listen for me to announce when we will load the bus!

arrival-11:10    Explore the Indian Festival

11:15                Lunch: meet back at the busses

11:30-2:50       Continue exploring the park

 2:55                       Be back on the bus for the final headcount! 

          ***We will leave PROMPTLY at 3pm!
